- "Saeki Co., Ltd." was established in Kunitachi City, Tokyo
- October 1989

Opened "Saeki Kunitachi Shokuhinkan" in Kunitachi City, Tokyo
(our first supermarket style store) - May 1996
- Deli Factory, "Shiki Saijiki" was established in Tachikawa, Tokyo
- September 2000
- "Fresh Power Okajima Co., Ltd." was established to take over the supermarket division of Okajima Co., Ltd. in Yamanashi Prefecture
- March 2002
- "Saeki Co., Ltd." merged with "Fresh Power Okajima Co., Ltd."
- December 2004
- "Saeki Co., Ltd." made "Tanbo Haratoku Co., Ltd.", which operated supermarket business in Shimane Prefecture, as a wholly-owned subsidiary
- May 2005

"Tanbo Haratoku Co., Ltd." changed the company name to "Foods Market Hok Co., Ltd."

- "Saeki Co., Ltd." established wholly owned subsidiary "Ibaraki Saeki Co., Ltd."

- "Ibaraki Saeki Co., Ltd." acquired 7 stores from "Maruhei Store Co., Ltd."

- "Yamanashi Saeki Co., Ltd." was established

- "Saeki Holdings Co. Ltd." was estabished through a share transfer from "Saeki Co., Ltd.". At the same time, "Saeki Co., Ltd.", "Foods Market Hok Co., Ltd.", "Yamanashi Saeki Co., Ltd.", "Ibaraki Saeki Co., Ltd." became a wholly owned subsidiary.
